For hygiene reasons, products that have been heavily worn, intentionally damaged, altered, or contaminated may not qualify for a refund unless they arrived defective.

How to Request a Return
Returning an item is simple.

Step 4 After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Lost Packages
